Campaigns in CooVex are coordinated marketing efforts with a defined goal, audience, timeline, and set of actions. Instead of managing email sequences in one tool, content in another, and lead lists in a spreadsheet, you build and run the whole campaign from one place.
Campaign types
Outreach campaign
A targeted email sequence sent to a segment of your leads. Best for: product launches, re-engagement of cold leads, event promotion, or a time-limited offer.
Content campaign
A coordinated push of content (blog posts, social posts, email newsletter) around a single topic or theme. Best for: establishing authority in a topic area, capitalizing on a trend, or supporting a product launch with educational content.
Competitor displacement campaign
A campaign targeting leads who are currently using a specific competitor. Includes comparison content, targeted outreach, and competitor-specific messaging. The agent can identify competitor users in your lead list if they have mentioned the competitor in notes or conversations.
Creating a campaign
Step 1 — Define the goal
Every campaign starts with a goal. Choose from:
- Generate X new qualified leads
- Re-engage X cold leads
- Convert X trial users to paid
- Drive X visitors to a specific page
The goal determines how the campaign is measured and when it is considered successful.
Step 2 — Select your audience
Choose which leads or contacts the campaign targets. Use filters: industry, lead score, stage, last contact date, or any custom attribute. The AI can also suggest an audience based on your goal.
Step 3 — Build the sequence
Add steps to the campaign: emails, tasks for your sales team, social posts, or content pieces. The AI Coach can draft the copy for each step. Define the timing between steps (e.g., day 1, day 3, day 7).
Step 4 — Launch and monitor
Set a start date and activate. The campaign dashboard shows real-time stats: emails sent, open rate, reply rate, leads progressed, and goal progress.
Campaign analytics
After each campaign, CooVex generates a performance summary: what worked, what did not, and what to do differently next time. This is informed by open rates, conversion rates, and revenue attributed to the campaign via the Attribution system.
