Is there a free trial?

Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial with 100 free AI credits. No credit card required to start.

What are AI credits?

Every AI action in CooVex (chat, audit, lead scoring, tools) uses credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets on your billing date. You can also buy extra credit packs anytime at $0.01 per credit.

What happens when I run out of credits?

AI features pause until you top up or your credits refresh next month. Your data, leads, and settings are never deleted.

Can I buy extra credits without upgrading?

Yes — credit packs (500–15,000 credits) can be purchased separately at any time. Purchased credits never expire.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Unused credits carry over on upgrades.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Bank transfers available for annual plans.

Is my data safe?

Yes. CooVex uses AES-256 encryption, GDPR-compliant data handling, and never sells your data.
