CooVex Inc. ("CooVex", "we", "us") operates coovex.com and app.coovex.com. We are the data controller for personal data processed through our platform.
2. Data We Collect
Account data: Name, email address, company name, payment information.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, device type.
Business data: CRM data, lead information, competitor URLs, and other data you input into CooVex.
Communications: Support tickets, emails, and feedback.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the CooVex platform
- To send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, product updates)
- To provide customer support
- To analyze usage and improve features
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as described below.
4. Data Sharing
We share data with: (a) service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., Supabase for database, Resend for email, Stripe for payments); (b) legal authorities when required by law. All sub-processors are contractually bound to the same data protection standards.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Contact privacy@coovex.com to exercise these rights.
7. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in the US and EU. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and adequacy decisions to ensure lawful cross-border transfers.
