Permitted Use
CooVex is designed for lawful business intelligence, lead management, and analytics. You may use the platform for any legitimate business purpose in accordance with our Terms.
Prohibited Activities
You must NOT use CooVex to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe intellectual property rights of third parties
- Send spam, unsolicited emails, or engage in phishing
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from third parties without consent
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our infrastructure
- Engage in deceptive or fraudulent activities
- Process data of children under 13 without parental consent (COPPA)
- Violate GDPR, CCPA, or other data protection laws
Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to law enforcement.
Reporting Abuse
Report violations to abuse@coovex.com. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
