Managing your lead pipeline

Use the lead funnel, statuses, and notes to move leads from first contact to closed deal.

Lead statuses

Every lead moves through a pipeline of statuses:

  • New — just added, not yet contacted
  • Contacted — you have reached out at least once
  • Qualified — confirmed this is a real opportunity
  • Proposal — a proposal or quote has been sent
  • Won — deal closed successfully
  • Lost — not moving forward

Updating a lead

Click any lead to open the detail panel. From there you can:

  • Change status by clicking the status badge
  • Add notes (saved with timestamp)
  • View the AI score and scoring breakdown
  • See all related signals and activity
  • Create a proposal directly from the lead

Funnel view

Switch to Funnel View to see all leads organized by stage in a Kanban-style board. Drag and drop leads between stages to update their status.

Bulk actions

Select multiple leads using the checkbox and use bulk actions to: change status, add tags, assign to team member, or export to CSV.

Lead activity feed

The AI agent tracks changes to your leads — score increases, website visits (if you have the embed installed), email opens, and CRM activity — and surfaces important changes as signals in your inbox.
