White Label — rebrand CooVex as your own product

Deploy CooVex under your own brand and domain. Your clients see your logo, your name, and your colors — CooVex is invisible. Available on Agency plan.

White-label lets you present CooVex to your clients as a tool you built. Your branding, your domain, your product — powered by CooVex under the hood. This allows agencies to charge premium rates for an AI business intelligence platform without building one from scratch.

What white-label includes

  • Custom domain — your clients access the platform at app.youragency.com or any subdomain you choose, not at app.coovex.com
  • Your logo — replaces the CooVex logo everywhere in the interface
  • Your brand colors — primary, accent, and sidebar colors match your brand guidelines
  • Your product name — the platform is called whatever you name it; “CooVex” does not appear anywhere in the UI
  • Branded emails — all system emails (invites, briefs, alerts, reports) come from your domain
  • Branded PDFs — all exported reports and proposals use your agency branding

Setting up white-label

Step 1 — Configure branding

Go to Settings → White Label. Upload your logo (SVG or PNG, minimum 200px wide), set your primary and accent colors using hex codes, and enter your product name.

Step 2 — Set up your custom domain

Choose a subdomain: app.youragency.com or intelligence.youragency.com are common choices. In your DNS provider, add a CNAME record pointing your subdomain to custom.coovex.com. CooVex handles SSL automatically — your subdomain will have HTTPS within 10 minutes of DNS propagation.

Step 3 — Configure branded emails

Add the required DNS records (SPF, DKIM) to your domain to send branded emails. Instructions are shown in the White Label settings page. Once verified, all system emails come from noreply@youragency.com (or whichever address you configure).

Step 4 — Create client workspaces

Each client gets their own workspace under your white-label instance. When you invite a client, they receive a branded invite email and access the platform at your custom domain. They never see any CooVex branding.

Pricing your white-labeled platform

There is no restriction on how you price access to your clients. Most agencies charge a monthly retainer that includes the platform fee as part of a broader service package. Some agencies create tiered plans (Standard, Professional, Enterprise) with different feature sets or client limits.
