Industry Trends is an AI-powered market intelligence tool that monitors your competitive landscape and surfaces emerging trends — shifts in buyer behavior, rising technologies, new conversation topics in your market — before they become obvious.

First-mover advantage in content and product positioning is real. A blog post on a topic six months before it peaks drives compounding organic traffic. A feature shipped before competitors make it a talking point owns the narrative.


What CooVex monitors

Keyword and search volume trends

The agent tracks search volume changes for keywords in your market. A keyword that grows 40% in search volume over 60 days is an emerging topic — worth writing about now, before the competition catches on.

Competitor content patterns

What topics are your competitors writing about more frequently? A sudden surge in competitor content about a specific feature or problem is a strong market signal. CooVex detects these patterns across all your tracked competitors and surfaces them as trend signals.

Social and community discussions

Rising discussions on Reddit, LinkedIn, and niche forums about problems in your market. When a specific pain point starts appearing in more conversations, it is either a growing market need or a gap your competitors are failing to solve.

Job posting patterns

Companies hiring for a specific role or skill signal their strategic direction. If ten companies in your market suddenly start hiring “AI Operations Manager”, that is a trend worth noting. Job posting analysis is available on Growth and above plans.


How trends are presented

Go to Intelligence → Industry Trends. Trends are displayed as cards, each with:

  • Trend name and category (Technology, Buyer Behavior, Market Shift, Regulation)
  • Signal strength — how strong and consistent the underlying data is (Emerging / Growing / Peak)
  • Relevance to your business — a 1-5 rating based on how closely this trend affects your market position
  • Evidence sources — the specific signals that triggered this trend (keywords, competitor content, forum posts)
  • Recommended action — create content about this, add it to a product roadmap, or brief your sales team

Acting on trends

For each trend, you can:

  • Create content — ask the AI Coach to outline a blog post or guide addressing this trend
  • Add to content calendar — schedules the topic in your Content Calendar
  • Brief sales team — create a task for your sales reps to reference this trend in outreach
  • Track it — pin the trend to your watchlist; the agent updates its strength weekly
  • Dismiss — if the trend is not relevant to your business, dismiss with a reason to improve future relevance scoring
