Reviews & Ratings — monitor and respond across all platforms

CooVex monitors your reviews on G2, Google, Trustpilot, App Store, and more. Get alerts, draft AI responses, and track your overall reputation score from one inbox.

Online reviews directly influence whether a potential customer chooses you over a competitor. CooVex monitors your reviews across platforms, notifies you of new reviews, drafts responses using AI, and tracks your reputation score over time.

Connect each platform in Settings → Integrations → Reviews. The agent then monitors each source and pulls in new reviews within 6 hours of them being posted.


The review inbox

All reviews from all platforms land in a single Reviews inbox. Each review shows:

  • Platform and star rating
  • Reviewer name and date
  • Full review text
  • AI sentiment: Positive, Neutral, or Negative
  • AI-extracted themes: what specific topics the reviewer mentioned (pricing, support, features, onboarding, etc.)
  • Response status: Responded, Pending, or No response needed

Responding to reviews

AI-drafted responses

Click Draft Response on any review. The AI writes a response in your brand voice that:

  • Acknowledges the specific points the reviewer made (not generic “thank you for your feedback”)
  • For positive reviews: thanks the customer and highlights what they praised
  • For negative reviews: acknowledges the issue without being defensive, offers a resolution path
  • Stays under 150 words (optimal for public responses)

Review and edit the draft, then copy it to the platform or click Post Response if the platform supports direct publishing via their API.

Setting response priority

Not every review needs a response. CooVex automatically flags which reviews are high priority:

  • All 1-star and 2-star reviews — always respond
  • 3-star reviews that mention a specific solvable problem
  • 5-star reviews from customers you can ask for a referral

Reputation score and trend

CooVex calculates an overall Reputation Score (0-100) based on your average rating across platforms, weighted by platform authority (G2 has more weight than a niche directory) and review recency.

The trend chart shows your score over the last 12 months. A declining trend triggers a high-priority signal before it becomes a significant problem.


Competitive review monitoring

CooVex also monitors reviews for your tracked competitors. Common themes in competitor negative reviews are gold: they represent pain points your product should highlight in its marketing and positioning.
