Importing leads into CooVex
Add leads via CSV upload, manual entry, CRM sync, or the community lead finder.
Ways to add leads
CooVex gives you four ways to build your lead list:
1. CSV Import
- Go to Leads → Import
- Download the CSV template (Name, Email, Company, Phone, Website, Notes)
- Fill in your leads and upload
- CooVex maps columns automatically and imports within seconds
2. Manual entry
Click + Add Lead from the Leads page. Fill in the contact details and optionally assign a status (New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal, Closed).
3. CRM sync
Connect HubSpot or Salesforce in Settings → Integrations and your contacts sync automatically. CooVex reads your CRM — it does not write back unless you explicitly approve an action.
4. Community Lead Finder
Go to Leads → Find Leads. CooVex searches Reddit, Hacker News, and web forums for people asking about problems your product solves. These are warm leads actively looking for a solution.
After importing
Within minutes of import, the AI lead scoring system assigns each lead a 0–100 score. High-scoring leads appear at the top of your list and trigger agent signals if they are exceptionally strong fits.
