Goals & OKRs — set targets and let AI track them automatically
Set your business goals and key results in CooVex. The agent tracks progress automatically, alerts you when you are off track, and adjusts its signals and tasks to help you hit your targets.
CooVex Goals connect your strategic objectives to the AI agent’s daily activity. When you define a goal — grow MRR by 30% this quarter, add 50 qualified leads per month, improve site health score to 85 — the agent uses it to prioritize signals, tasks, and recommendations toward hitting that target.
This is the key difference from a static goal-tracking spreadsheet: your goals actively influence what the AI does for you every day.
Setting up goals
Go to Setup → Goals & OKRs. Click New Goal.
Goal types
- Revenue goal — linked to your MRR or total revenue data. E.g., “Reach $50,000 MRR by March 31.”
- Lead goal — linked to lead volume or conversion rate. E.g., “Add 100 qualified leads per month.”
- Site health goal — linked to your website audit score. E.g., “Reach a site health score of 90.”
- GEO goal — linked to your GEO score. E.g., “Reach a GEO score of 75 by end of Q1.”
- Custom KPI goal — define any metric from your connected data sources.
OKR structure
If you prefer OKR methodology, you can structure goals as Objectives (qualitative aspirations) with Key Results (measurable outcomes). Each Key Result links to a CooVex metric and auto-updates as data comes in.
How goals influence the agent
Once a goal is set, the agent prioritizes its activity around it:
- Task list — morning tasks are weighted toward actions that move your goal metrics
- Signals — signals relevant to your goals are promoted higher in the inbox
- Daily Brief — the brief includes a goal progress update each morning
- Alerts — if you fall significantly behind a goal, the agent flags it as a high-priority signal immediately rather than waiting for your next brief
Tracking goal progress
Each goal shows a progress bar with current value, target value, and the percentage of the goal period elapsed. A “pace indicator” shows whether you are on track, ahead, or behind:
- On track (green) — current progress matches or exceeds the pace needed to hit the goal by the deadline
- At risk (amber) — current pace suggests you will fall 10-25% short
- Off track (red) — significant gap; the agent will begin generating targeted recommendations
