Shopify Integration — connect your store for revenue and customer intelligence
Connect your Shopify store to CooVex and get automatic revenue tracking, customer LTV, churn signals, and AI-powered growth recommendations for your e-commerce business.
Connecting your Shopify store to CooVex gives the AI complete visibility into your revenue, customers, and product performance. This unlocks revenue analytics, churn signals, customer LTV, upsell opportunities, and AI-generated growth recommendations specific to your e-commerce business.
What you get from the Shopify integration
- Automatic revenue tracking — MRR (from subscriptions), total revenue, and order volume sync automatically every 6 hours. No manual entry needed.
- Customer LTV — lifetime value calculated per customer based on order history, frequency, and recency.
- Churn signals — customers who previously ordered regularly but have not ordered in an unusual amount of time are flagged as churn risks. The agent surfaces these as Revenue Signals so you can act before they leave.
- Best customers — your top customers by LTV appear as leads in CooVex automatically. These are the people worth a personal reach-out for upsells or referrals.
- Product performance — which products drive the most revenue and repeat purchases.
Connecting Shopify
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify
- Enter your Shopify store URL (e.g.,
yourstore.myshopify.com) - Click Install CooVex App — you are redirected to the Shopify app installation page
- Approve the permissions (read access to orders, customers, and products)
- Return to CooVex — the initial sync runs immediately and imports the last 12 months of order data
Customer lifecycle stages
CooVex automatically categorizes your customers into lifecycle stages based on their purchase behavior:
- New — placed their first order in the last 30 days
- Active — ordered within their expected purchase window
- At risk — has not ordered in 1.5x their usual interval
- Lapsed — has not ordered in 3x their usual interval
- VIP — top 10% by LTV
At-risk and lapsed customers trigger Revenue Signals. VIP customers appear as high-priority leads for personal outreach.
Using revenue data for GEO and content
Knowing which of your products are most purchased helps the AI prioritize which product pages to optimize for GEO and which content gaps to fill first. If your best-selling product has weak GEO coverage, that is a high-priority gap.
