Dashboard overview

A complete tour of the CooVex dashboard — every section, every metric, and how to use it as your daily business command center.

The CooVex dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It is designed to answer one question in under 30 seconds: What is the most important thing I should do for my business right now?

Everything else — deep analytics, lead lists, audit reports — lives one click away. The dashboard itself stays focused: your current health, your active signals, your tasks for today.


Top metrics bar

The bar across the top shows five numbers that together tell you the state of your business at a glance. Each number compares to the same period yesterday and shows a directional indicator (up or down).

  • Active Leads — leads in your pipeline that are not yet Won or Lost. Click to open the lead list filtered to active contacts.
  • Hot Leads — leads with an AI score of 80 or above. These are your highest-priority outreach targets today. If this number is above zero, start here before anything else.
  • Pending Signals — unread items in your Agent Inbox. Each signal represents something your AI found that needs your attention.
  • Site Health — your latest website audit score out of 100. Anything below 70 means there are problems affecting how search engines and AI systems see your site.
  • Plan Usage — percentage of your monthly plan limit used. Above 80% triggers a warning banner.

Agent Signals

Agent Signals are the core of the CooVex experience. These are AI-generated cards, each describing something specific that happened in your business environment and what you should do about it.

Signals are ranked by priority automatically. High-priority signals appear first and are marked in red. Work through them from top to bottom.

Each card contains:

  • Category — Competitor, Lead, Website, Revenue, or Market
  • What happened — a plain-English summary with no jargon
  • Why it matters — the estimated business impact
  • Suggested action — one specific thing to do right now
  • Action button — takes you directly to the relevant page or triggers the AI coach

Click View all signals to open the full Agent Inbox with filtering and search.


Daily Tasks

Below the signals you will find today's AI-generated task list. The agent creates this every morning based on what changed overnight, which leads need follow-up, and what your business priorities are.

Tasks are specific and ranked by impact. A typical morning list might look like:

  1. Follow up with Sarah at TechCorp — score jumped from 62 to 84 overnight
  2. Review competitor pricing change on Competitor X's website
  3. Approve AI-drafted blog post: “How to improve SaaS onboarding”

Check off each task as you complete it. The agent uses this feedback to improve future task lists.


Quick Stats

The right column shows supporting data so you have full context without navigating away:

  • Revenue snapshot — MRR with a 30-day trend line (requires Shopify or manual revenue entry)
  • Pipeline breakdown — lead counts by stage, so you can see where deals are stacking up
  • Competitor activity — number of changes detected across all tracked competitors in the last 7 days
  • Website traffic — unique visitors over the last 7 days vs. the prior week (requires Search Console or embed)

Customizing the layout

Click Customize in the top-right corner to:

  • Hide metric cards you do not use
  • Reorder sections to match how you work
  • Set how many signals are shown before the list truncates

Layout preferences are saved per user. Each team member can arrange their own view independently.
