AI Coach — ask anything about your business

How to use the CooVex AI Coach to get instant analysis, recommendations, and answers about your specific business data.

The CooVex AI Coach is a conversational AI that has full context about your business — your leads, revenue, competitors, site health, goals, and agent memory. Unlike general-purpose AI tools, the Coach answers questions specifically about your data, not hypothetical businesses.


Accessing the AI Coach

The Coach is available from two places:

  • The floating chat icon in the bottom-right corner of every page
  • Agent → AI Coach in the left sidebar (full-screen mode with chat history)

The sidebar version shows your full conversation history and lets you reference past answers. The floating icon is faster for quick questions mid-task.


What the Coach knows

The AI Coach has access to all of your CooVex data:

  • Your full lead list, scores, statuses, and notes
  • Your website audit results and site health history
  • All monitored competitors and recent changes detected
  • Your revenue data (if connected)
  • Your goals, campaigns, and marketing plans
  • Your GEO intelligence scan results
  • Your agent memory — everything the AI has learned about your business over time

It does not have access to the open internet in real time (it uses your synced data, not live web browsing).


What to ask the Coach

The Coach handles four types of requests especially well:

Analysis questions

  • “Which of my leads have the highest chance of converting this month?”
  • “Why did my site traffic drop last week?”
  • “What are my main weaknesses compared to Competitor X?”
  • “Which of my content gaps are most important to fix for GEO?”

Recommendation requests

  • “What should I focus on this week to grow revenue?”
  • “How should I respond to Competitor X's new pricing?”
  • “Which leads should I put into a drip campaign?”
  • “What type of content should I create next based on my GEO gaps?”

Writing and drafting

  • “Write a follow-up email to Sarah at TechCorp after she visited our pricing page”
  • “Draft a proposal for the Acme Corp deal”
  • “Write an outreach message to leads in the fintech industry”
  • “Create a blog post outline about [topic from my GEO gaps]”

Action requests

The Coach can take actions directly in CooVex when you ask it to:

  • “Add these three companies as leads” — creates lead records
  • “Mark the Acme Corp lead as Qualified” — updates pipeline status
  • “Create a campaign targeting my fintech leads” — sets up a campaign
  • “Find competitors in the HR software space” — runs a competitor discovery scan

Getting better answers

A few tips for getting the most useful responses from the Coach:

  • Be specific about context — “Which leads should I follow up with today?” is good. “Which leads in the SaaS industry with a score above 70 have not been contacted in the last 5 days?” is better.
  • State what you want to achieve — “I want to close 3 deals this month. What should I prioritize?” gives the Coach a goal to optimize towards.
  • Ask follow-up questions — the Coach remembers the conversation. If you get an answer that needs more depth, just ask “Why?” or “Give me more detail on that.”

Coach vs. Agent Signals: what is the difference?

  • Agent Signals are proactive — the AI finds things and brings them to you without being asked
  • AI Coach is reactive — you ask a question and get an answer specific to your current situation

They work best together. Signals tell you what to pay attention to. The Coach helps you figure out what to do about it.


Chat history and memory

The Coach remembers your recent conversations within a session. For longer-term memory, the agent's business memory (viewable in Settings → Agent Config) persists across sessions and grows over time. If you tell the Coach something important about your business, it is saved to agent memory and influences future recommendations.
