What is the AI Business Agent?
The CooVex AI Business Agent is an autonomous system that continuously monitors your business environment and surfaces the most important things you should act on. Think of it as a full-time analyst who never sleeps.
What it monitors
- Competitors — website changes, pricing shifts, new product launches, social activity
- Leads — behavior, engagement, scoring changes
- Your website — performance drops, SEO changes, broken links
- Market trends — industry news, keyword movements, competitor mentions
- Revenue — MRR changes, churn signals, upsell opportunities
How signals are generated
The agent runs on a continuous loop:
- Data collection — pulls fresh data from all connected sources every 6 hours
- AI analysis — Claude AI analyzes the data against your business context
- Signal creation — high-impact findings become signals in your inbox
- Prioritization — signals are ranked by potential business impact
Agent memory
The agent builds a growing memory of your business — your products, goals, customers, and context. This makes each analysis smarter over time. You can view and edit the agent's memory in Settings → Agent Config.
Taking action on signals
Each signal in your inbox has one or more suggested actions. You can:
- Accept and execute the action (e.g., "Update pricing page")
- Dismiss the signal if it is not relevant
- Ask the AI coach for more context
