Agent Memory — how CooVex learns your business over time

Agent Memory is how CooVex builds a persistent understanding of your business, preferences, and context — improving every insight and recommendation over time.

Every time you interact with CooVex — completing tasks, dismissing signals, giving feedback to the AI Coach, updating your business profile — the agent records what it learned. This persistent record is called Agent Memory.

Over time, Agent Memory means CooVex stops feeling like a new tool and starts feeling like a business partner that knows your company deeply.


What the agent remembers

Business context

  • What you sell, who your customers are, what markets you operate in
  • Your current growth goals and priorities
  • Your pricing model and key differentiators
  • Your team size and roles

Signal preferences

  • Which types of signals you consistently act on
  • Which types you consistently dismiss — and why
  • Which competitors you care most about
  • Which metrics you check first every morning

Lead intelligence

  • Which lead characteristics predict conversion in your business
  • Which industries or company sizes close faster
  • Which follow-up approaches work best for your pipeline

Coach conversations

  • Facts and context you tell the coach (“we are pivoting to enterprise”, “we are launching in Germany in Q3”)
  • Decisions you made and why
  • Recurring questions — so the agent proactively surfaces related information

How to view and manage Agent Memory

Go to Settings → Agent Config to see the current Agent Memory. It is displayed as a structured set of facts and preferences the agent has learned.

You can:

  • Edit facts — correct anything the agent learned incorrectly
  • Add context manually — type facts you want the agent to know that it has not yet inferred
  • Delete entries — remove outdated information (e.g., a product you no longer sell)
  • Reset to default — clears all learned memory and starts fresh (useful if your business has pivoted significantly)

Teaching the agent faster

The agent learns passively from your behavior, but you can accelerate it. Talk to the AI Coach about your business as if briefing a new employee:

  • “Our ideal customer is a 10-50 person B2B SaaS company with a technical founder. We do not sell to solo consultants.”
  • “The most important metric for us right now is MRR growth, not lead volume.”
  • “We are launching a new product for HR teams in Q4.”

The agent records these statements and immediately starts applying them to signals, tasks, and recommendations.


Memory across team members

Agent Memory is workspace-level, not user-level. If you have multiple team members in a workspace, the agent learns from all of their interactions and applies a unified understanding of the business. Individual users can still have their own task list preferences, but the core business memory is shared.


Privacy and data security

Agent Memory is stored in your Supabase workspace database, encrypted at rest with AES-256. It is never shared with other CooVex workspaces or used to train Anthropic models. You own the memory and can export or delete it at any time from Settings.
