Types of reports
Weekly Performance Report
Auto-generated every Monday morning. Covers the past 7 days: lead activity, website performance, competitor changes, content published, and KPI movement. Includes a written executive summary and visual charts.
Monthly Business Review
Auto-generated on the 1st of each month. Deeper analysis including MRR trend, pipeline health, GEO score progress, top competitors, and a 30-day outlook. Formatted for sharing with stakeholders.
On-Demand Analysis
Click Generate Report anytime and choose a focus: Lead Health, Revenue Analysis, Competitor Landscape, Site Health, or Full Business Overview. The AI generates the report in 30-60 seconds.
Client Reports (Agency Plan)
Auto-generated branded reports for each managed client. White-labeled with your agency’s logo and color scheme. Scheduled at your chosen cadence.
What a Full Business Overview report contains

Configuring automated reports
Go to Reports → Schedule. For each report type, set:
- Frequency: weekly, monthly, or both
- Delivery: in-app only, email, Slack, or all three
- Recipients: additional email addresses beyond the workspace members
- Branding: upload a logo and set colors for PDF exports (Agency plan)
